Whole Lamb Deposit (Fall 2026)

Deposit on a whole lamb
$250.00

Total pricing is $9/lb of hanging weight, plus processing fees.

This deposit will count towards your total.

One half of an Oklahoma-raised lamb, custom cut your way!

The hanging weight varies, but we expect it to be between 40 and 70 pounds.

This price does not include processing fees or electronic payment fees.

We raise our lamb from birth to finishing right here in Earlsboro, Oklahoma, just east of Shawnee. They are raised on pasture and grain finished for a high-quality, delicious, and healthy eating experience.

From a lamb, you can expect around 25 pounds of finished product, although that will vary by the animal and how you choose to process it. The total price is based on hanging weight, which is the weight after the hide and internals are removed.

How buying custom works:

1) You pay a deposit in order to reserve your lamb, which will be removed from your total at the end.

2) We send you a cut sheet, which you will fill out and return. This describes how you want your meat cut. We'll be glad to help you fill it out if you would like.

3) After the harvest date, we will receive your hanging weight from the processor and we will send you the remaining bill. The typical hanging time is 14 days (unless you specify otherwise). The remaining bill is due by the day before processing.

4) Your beef will be ready for pickup about 2 days after processing, when it has had adequate time to freeze. At the time of pickup, you will owe the processor for the processing fees. These typically come out to $50 + $1 per pound of hanging weight, but can be affected by how you choose to process your meat.

An additional 2.9% fee applies if you choose to pay with a card. We prefer cash or check (payment must clear before taking home your beef) to avoid this fee!
