Our steers are raised from our own angus-cross cow herd. We carefully select cows that are productive on pasture rotation and raise calves that finish well. We finish steers on grass and a grain ration, resulting in well marbled beef. We do not add artificial hormones, and rarely use antibiotics; only if it is necessary to humanely treat a sick or injured animal.
We rely on our local partners. We use One Sixty Processing in Shawnee, as they are committed to transparency in the process and doing great work. Our beef is sold at Crow's Farm Market in Shawnee and Earlsboro, and at the Conscious Community Co-op in Edmond. From the Ward family to you, thank you for supporting us.
